What can I do additionally, to get rid of this terrible FINGER nail fungus?

Ok, i had the same prob after comming from the nail salon after my prom. Just get some Vaseline Healing lotion and rub it on your cuticles to keep them from flaking, then clip your nails down short, and everytime they grow long, cut em down. Keep taking the atibiotics, and by the way, keeping your hands clean, and using hand sanitizers work!
Lamasil takes MONTHS to work, not just 3 weeks. Be patient.
Lamisil works, but if you nails are as bad as you say it could take a year or more. The nails have to grow out. Just make sure the Doctor does blood work for your liver on a regular basis.
