		<description>You need both local and systemic treatment. Fungal infections are stubborn. U take med-s for two weeks they go away. But if U dont continue treatment for another 2 weeks or more they come back.
Anyway: Best local cream will be Spectazole Cream (Prescription Only) (Expensive BUT Works)
You also need tablets (Antifungal Agents) Diflucan Tabs(Prescription Only).
If you can&#039;t get a doctor and prescription you have only Lamisil Cream over the counter. Use it for long time and ofcourse maintaining foot hygene.

		<description>Lamisil works well but it also takes time. Maybe you can get the tablets as well as using a topical solution. Lamisil will work underneath the toenail bed where the fungus thrives because there is not much oxygen there and provides the best (a moist) breeding ground. 
Once you have healed, and I believe you will, you should make sure that you do not keep your sweaty socks on, use shower shoes in public locker rooms, etc... Most fungi cant exist without moisture.</description>
