Hi I went to the kick-boxing class & the fighters they fight without shoes & socks. Do I have to have clean feet & with no nail fungus? Thanks everyone.

  1. hi there…
i think it’s best that you see a doctor and cure the fungus problem first…coz nail fungus tend to get worse as time goes by..

u can do Kickboxing no problem if will be not a serious trouble to stop u from kick boxing

but u have to get rid of this fungus first to feel more relax inside yourself

Kick boxing is good start before Muai Tai
    try it is so cooooool

  3. I would think common courtesy would move you to get that off your feet out of respect for your classmates.

a fungus can be contagious, so you might not get in this time, but try some vicks vabor rub, using a clean Q-tip everytime you dip once a day or more.. with a band-aid.. might see improvement right away. but takes maybe 3 mo’s 2 heal.. bummer eh ~ put some vicks under the nail too, because thats where the fungus starts..

  5. How bout going to the doctor, or have your nail fungus tapped so that germs wont spread.

Thatsa good for you. You kick them in the face and give them a little bonus fungus infection. Good strategy.

  7. Never, ever go to the gym with something contagious on your body. It is disrespectful to the other students, the gym, the trainer, and yourself.
